Part of the Oxford Sixth Form College senior leadership team since 2015, Carole has over 35 years’ experience in education with a focus on teaching and management. In her previous role as Vice Principal of Oxford Sixth Form College, Carole had responsibilities across boarding, pastoral and academic courses, line managing the Director of Student Services and the Directors of Studies. She was previously the Designated Safeguarding Lead of the College and also held a position as Safeguarding Governor at one of our sister schools.
Carole has a degree in Operational and Strategic Management in Education and has worked both in senior management roles and pastoral roles throughout her career.
Marc has worked in Academic Management in the independent schools sector for over 20 years, both in Oxford and in London. In his role he provides strategic advice on quality assurance to enhance student outcomes as well as overseeing the development and implementation of compliance procedures across the College.
Lynette has over 12 years of experience in the education industry, having worked across both the independent and state sectors. She has worked within a number of roles in the College Admissions department and is therefore adept at crafting the perfect student journey.
