At our trailblazing A-Level college in Oxford, we offer a Two-Year A-Level programme that ensures our students achieve outstanding results.

From the moment we meet at your admissions interview, we’ll discuss your options and potential A-Level subject combinations, and make sure that what you study aligns with your background and university intentions. This guarantees you’ll find a pathway that works for you.

Every A-Level student’s academic studies are complemented by our Study Skills course and a range of extra-curricular activities. Our international students can also study for the IELTS (academic) alongside their chosen A-Level subjects.

OUR TWO-YEAR A-LEVEL CURRICULUM EXPLAINED

Our traditional Two-Year A-Level curriculum starts in September. You’ll choose three subjects from 18 possible options, which you’ll study in focused groups averaging just six students. We can recommend subject combinations to help you fulfil your university and career objectives.

Gifted mathematicians can also study a fourth A-Level subject, completing A-Level Mathematics in their first year and Further Mathematics plus two other A-Level courses in their second year.

At Oxford Sixth Form College, students don’t take AS-Level exams at the end of their first year. Instead, they only sit their final A-Level exams at the end of the two-year programme.
