It is my job as a Submarine Cable Engineer to design, deploy, maintain, and repair the intricate cables that connect our digital universe. From battling deep-sea challenges to utilizing my mechanical and electrical engineering expertise, I ensure the internet flows seamlessly, connecting you to a world of endless possibilities.

Elliot Smith
Veterinary Surgeon

Elliot Smith is a veterinary surgeon who graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2018 with a first class degree. He is currently practising at Bicester Vets, a first opinion small animal hospital which offers a full range of clinical services. 

Academic interests include diagnostic imaging and feline medicine and he is currently studying to become an advanced practitioner in these disciplines.  Outside of work I enjoy sport, hiking and volunteering.

After studying an international Baccalaureate at one of the best private Schools in South America, I graduated with Honours from the Catholic University in Bolivia, Majoring in Political Science with emphasis on Electoral Behaviour based on self identification.

What does my career have to do with working in a fast growing Technology start up? Everything and nothing. 

My journey into the world of technology has been unconventional. Starting my professional life working for the United Nations Development program, then working for the Bolivian Government to doing Business Development for Truro and Penwith College here, every stage has offered a different learning opportunity. 

As Head of Customer Success I am currently in charge of maintaining and growing a portfolio of 3 Million Pounds+ and quickly expanding. 

I'm also a busy mom of 2 and a furry dog, Frida.
