Diversity, Equality, Inclusivity and Justice Conference

Last week, a group of our students attended the Diversity, Equality, Inclusivity and Justice Conference, hosted by St. Clare's, Oxford.

The students listened to four inspiring speakers in the morning around the theme of belonging, homophobic bullying, dyslexia and visual impairment, before being divided into mixed-school groups for an activity in the afternoon.

Each group was given the task of designing an ideal school in which the qualities that the conference was discussing were built into the curriculum. The results were extremely impressive and one of our students was part of the winning team!
